Anonymous asked: I am a thin female with a few heavier friends; some of whom talk about their weight and body anxieties openly. When they say things such as, "I hate my body," "I'm so big," etc, how am I then supposed to respond or comfort them? Am I not allowed to discuss my own insecurities with them simply because I am smaller? That doesn't seem fair.
